Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

We deliver products Australia wide using Fastway Couriers and TNT (for bulk goods). Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. What holidays affect shipping?

Do your wipes have a shelf-life?
Our pre-moistened gym wipes have a shelf-life of at least twenty two months. Storing these products in a cool place out of direct sunlight is highly recommended to lengthen the life of the product.
The gym wipes I received dried out. What happened?
We have never experienced any issues with wipes drying out when the directions for use have been followed. A common mistake is to take the wipes out of the bag when installing them into the dispenser. As per the directions, please keep the roll of wipes in the bag. To use, cut a small hole in the bag (about 4cm) and pull the wipes through. If you follow these instructions, the wipes will stay wet.
